We received an offer on the condo and have accepted it. Closing is scheduled for the first week of July.
We are just thrilled !!!!!!!

Congrats on the contract. Sounds as thought ya'll have been very, very busy. Takes my breath away. I have been enjoying veggies from Katie's garden and Nan's chicks are just great. hope they start laying eggs soon. Judy
