After 5 days we are finally ready to leave the Lucky Star Casino. Barb has done quite well here and has therefore loved the expeience. She played in four tournements.......lost one, 2nd place in two, and won one. She also played poker before and after the tournements.
Her new experience though was to play "No Limit" poker........just like on the World Series of Poker stars. And she loved it and did quite well.
This morning she played in one more tournement and we left El Reno by 1:00 pm. Tonight we are staying at the West 40 RV park in Shamrock, TX.
Our plans for the next week are to spend 4 days at Palo Duro Canyon State Park in TX and then 4 days at Santa Rosa Lake State Park in NM. Palo Duro is supposed to be the second largest canyon in the country; second only to the Grand Canyon and just a beautiful. WE are looking forward to being there and camping in the state park. I am not sure if I will have internet service so will catch you up with pictures in a week.
