The Newport Bayfront

The Newport Bayfront is one of our favorite places for purchasing seafood, eating out and just wondering around and gazing.  According to our literature , this is the largest port in Oregon for the commercial fishermen.  We have spent much time watching the boats go in and out and listening to the seals.  What fun!

Yaquina Bay bridge from Port of Newport. Notice the seals on the rocks in the foreground.

The seals find the rocks are wonderful resting places.

Linda is in very few photos since she is always taking the pictures. Barb managed to get a few of her.

What is she taking a picture of ????  The side of a boat ?

What a contortion just to get a photo !

We send to all of you who read this blog our many thanks and lots of hugs.
Stay well, stay safe.

Barb, Linda and Bailey
