Sept 6-7: Travels to Agate Beach, Nye Beach, Smelt Sands, Cape Perpetua, Devils Churn

We spent several more days touring the Newport area with Co, Flo, Cheryl and Pearl.

The first day we went to Nye Beach, Yaquina Bay, and Agate Beach.  All four of our babies loved the beaches and sand.

Lucy took Cheryl for a run.

Agate Beach was really an adventure since the winds had formed small dunes and beautiful formations in the sands.

On the next day we headed north to Smelt Sands, Cape Perpetua and Devils Churn.  The waves were immensely high and quite exciting to watch.

I took this video of the waves at Cape Perpetua.  Hopefully you will be able to view it.  I have checked and it seems that the Ipad will not play files of this format.  I am working on changing the format by until then, you will have to see video on your PC or Mac.
