Oct 17: Jerome, AZ

Jerome, Arizona is a small former mining town in the hills above Cottonwood and Sedona.  At one time it was the 3rd largest town in Arizona.  After going through a time period of few residents and business, the town was revived by an artists community followed by restaurants, galleries, and shops.  It is now a thriving tourist area and a fun place to visit.

It is believed that many of the buildings are haunted by ghosts.

We ate lunch at the Haunted Hamburger Restaurant and found ourselves  visited by a ghost.

Photo of placard on table telling story of ghost while restoring the Jerome Palace.

I photographed the placard again and found we had an unknown visitor at our table.

We do not know who she is but glad she visited us.

After lunch we toured an old theatre that is being restored and found a new friend.  He was a bit threatening but Barb and Nancy charmed him.

Love and hugs,
Linda, Barb, and Bailey

Well, did the ghost alter the taste of the hamburger? You have posted in awhile, so I hope I'm correct in assuming he didn't carry you away to ghostland.
