Oct 19: Cathedral Rock

One of our most favorite places in the Sedona area is Cathedral Rock.  Not only is it an absolutely beautiful sight, it is on a vortex.  A vortex causes magnetic energy to be produced and it is believed that it helps ground and energize people.  Whenever we come here, we feel the energy, although it is not always from the same spot.

We brought Linda and Nancy here and spent the afternoon walking around. 

Nancy and Barb stood on the edge of Oak Creek River and absorbed the energy, or at least, viewed the beauty.

The two spires in the center of Cathedral Rock look like two women with their backs to each other.  What do you think?

Barb and I sat in this spot, felt the energy from the flowing water and overhanging trees.  Aaaaahh!
